Role Overview

At Mango Mass Media Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Executive – Trainee to support our internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role involves managing metadata and ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data entry into our proprietary content system. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates who have excellent typing speed, solid Excel knowledge, and an interest in the media and entertainment space.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into the DAM system as per internal guidelines
• Maintain well-organized records and metadata for digital content
• Use MS Excel to update, clean, validate, and cross-check data
• Meet daily and weekly deadlines for data entry tasks
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Quickly adapt to internal software tools and data workflows
• Coordinate with project and content teams for clarifications and updates

Skills Required

• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data cleaning)
• General computer literacy and ease with internal tools/databases
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines

Good to Have:

• Interest in digital content, media, or OTT platforms
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (preferred but not mandatory)
